Privacy policy
Frutelia has no ads, no account and never asks for your email, your location or permission to track you. To run the leaderboard, process purchases and improve the game, a few services receive anonymous data. Here is all of it.

Stored only on your phone
- Your current game, coins and best score.
- Your settings (music, effects, vibrations).
This data does not leave your device. Deleting the app deletes it. On iPhone, your leaderboard name and player identity are also kept in the iOS keychain, so they come back if you reinstall.
Anonymous identifier
On first launch the app creates a random identifier. It is not linked to your name, your Apple Account or your phone number. The same identifier is used by the analytics, purchase and attribution services below, so we can count players without knowing who they are.
World leaderboard
At the end of a game, your best score is sent to the world leaderboard with a player name: a generated one (like "LuckyOtter472") until you pick your own. To do this we create an anonymous account for your install (a random identifier, no email, no phone number). Your name and score are visible to other players. Hosting: Supabase. Legal basis: performance of the service.
Game statistics and error reports
We use PostHog (servers in the European Union) to understand how the game is played and to fix bugs. It receives the anonymous identifier and game events: game started and over (score, number of merges, new record), tutorial completed, shop opened, purchase completed, cancelled or failed (product and price), leaderboard opened, name set, app opened or closed; plus technical details (app version, iOS version, device model, language) and reports of errors and crashes. Your IP address is used to estimate your country. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the game. You can object at any time by email.
Measuring our ad campaigns
We advertise Frutelia on other apps and sites. To know which campaign brought an install, we use Singular (Singular Labs, Inc.). It receives the anonymous identifier, the install and session events, a few game events (game started, tutorial completed, shop opened, purchase completed with its amount), technical details of the device and your IP address. It relies on Apple's privacy-preserving tools (SKAdNetwork and AdServices).
Frutelia does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA on iPhone; on Android the AD_ID permission is removed), and never shows the "Allow to track" prompt. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring our advertising. You can object at any time by email.
Purchases
Coin packs are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. We use RevenueCat to confirm purchases and credit your coins: it receives the anonymous identifier, the purchase history and the store receipts, never your payment details. Apple handles payment under its own privacy policy. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
What we do not do
- No advertising inside the game, no ad network, no advertising identifier.
- No account, email, phone number, contacts, photos or location.
- No selling of data, no profile built for advertising.
Transfers outside the EU
Singular and RevenueCat are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
- Leaderboard: as long as the leaderboard exists, or until you ask us to delete your entry.
- Game statistics, error reports and attribution data: up to 24 months.
- Purchase records: as long as required by accounting and tax law.
Children
Frutelia does not knowingly collect personal data from children. The leaderboard name is the only free text, and it is optional.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to bonjour@agencedebord.com. Give us your leaderboard name so we can find your entry: everything else is anonymous. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.
